TERMS & CONDITIONS

Working with Counselors Support you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services: Counselors Support (The Company) agrees to provide digital marketing services to the hiring client as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work. 

 

2. Time Commitment: The engagement has no specific time commitment. All programs, plans and subscriptions are charged each monthly anniversary from the initial charge, on an automatic recurring basis. The hiring client can terminate the services at any time. 

 

3. Hold Harmless Agreement: The hiring client agrees to hold Counselors Support harmless from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided by The Company. 

 

4. Cancellation and Notice: The hiring client may cancel their services by either providing a written notice or by logging into their account and canceling their subscription(s). The Company will cease providing services upon the effective date of cancellation. 

 

5. Payment: Payment for the services provided by Counselors Support shall be made automatically on the monthly anniversary of the date of commencing service. The agreed-upon proposal or statement of work outlines the specific payment details, including rates, invoicing information, and payment deadlines. The hiring client agrees to ensure sufficient funds are available for automatic debits on the specified dates. 

 

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the engagement.

 

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Utah. 

 

8. Changes to Terms: Counselors Support reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior written notice to the hiring client. 

 

9. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. 

 

10. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
