In week four, we ask your clients how they liked working with you. If your client doesn't feel inclined to leave a 4- or 5-star review, we kindly request their feedback. We share this information anonymously with you. If, for any reason, you're still not seeing the results you were hoping for, you can cancel at any time.

It depends. If your clients provide us with positive feedback (e.g., 4 or 5 stars), we will offer them your GBP link and ask them to leave a review for you. Keep in mind that it can depend on how they participate in the activities and their experience with you as a counselor.

By asking your clients if they wish to join the 12-week program, they must consent to providing their information so that we can send them the weekly activities via text and email. Additionally, we kindly request that your clients provide your name and company name to ensure we accurately track the reviews and provide you with a monthly report on the reviews left.

ATTENTION: Any negative feedback we receive from your clients about you is given to you anonymously, so as not to violate the Code of Ethics.

Once you become a client, you will get the QR code and client sign-up link. You can use these to send or show to your clients. They can scan the QR code with their phone or click the signup link to be enrolled in the 12-week activities program.

You need to share the QR code or sign-up link for each client you want us to ask to leave you a review.

Reviews are essential to any business. If you have a limited number of clients, our starter program is a great place to begin. We also recommend that you have us evaluate your website and online rankings. The higher you rank on Google, the more likely you are to attract new clients. By improving your online rankings and visibility, we can help you generate more reviews through our 12-Week Activities Program.

Once you pay for one of our monthly memberships (e.g., Silver, Gold, or Premium), you will receive your invoice and an email with our attached QR code and link for signing up your clients. We require up to 24 hours to process your information and create a 12-week activities workflow specific to your company for client sign-ups. We'll notify you via email and let you know when you can start signing up your clients (usually within 24 hours).
